These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lumina Studios, located at 5400 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Your access to and use of our website and services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. Lumina Studios provides professional photography services, including but not limited to:
To book a photography session with Lumina Studios, a deposit is required. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photography session or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and cash. Checks are not accepted.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Lumina Studios retains all copyrights to the photographs taken during the session. Clients are granted a limited license to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing, sharing on social media, and creating personal albums. Commercial use of the photographs requires prior written consent from Lumina Studios.
Clients may not alter, modify, or manipulate the photographs without the express written permission of Lumina Studios. Any unauthorized use of the photographs will be subject to legal action.
Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and releases for photographing individuals and locations. Clients must also ensure that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the photography session.
Lumina Studios is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the photography session due to the client's negligence or failure to comply with instructions.
Edited high-resolution images will be delivered to the client within [Number] weeks of the photography session via a secure online gallery. Clients are responsible for downloading and storing the images in a safe and secure location.
Lumina Studios archives images for a period of [Number] months. After this period, we cannot guarantee the availability of the images. It is the client's responsibility to back up their images.
By engaging Lumina Studios for photography services, you grant us permission to use images from your session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to have your images used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing prior to the photography session. A standard model release form will be provided for signature during the session for clarity and mutual agreement.
Lumina Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the photography services.
We strive to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any technical issues or other problems that may arise during the photography session.
Lumina Studios is not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, and government regulations.
Lumina Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of arbitration shall be Los Angeles, California. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to expressing the intention of the original provision.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Lumina Studios with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Lumina Studios.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Lumina Studios. Any waiver of any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of any other provision or of the same provision on another occasion.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any rights or remedies upon any person or entity other than the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
